My name is Thura Aung Tun.
I work as a QS cum Site Engineer — 38 schools, 280+ projects, together with a team of 6 engineers.

Myanmar domain service50,000 MMK + registrar fee — Choose, register and connect your domain — .com, .com.mm or .mm — in your own name, with DNS, email forwarding and SSL set up. Yearly renewal reminders included.
TermsRegistrar fee (about 15–25 USD/year for .com; .mm domains cost more and need business documents) is paid by the client. The domain is always registered under the client's name and email.
Online shop registration (Myanmar)150,000 MMK + government fee — Help getting your online shop legally registered in Myanmar: document checklist, form preparation, submission follow-up, and the registration number displayed on your site as required.
TermsThis is document-preparation and follow-up support, not legal advice; approval and timing are decided by the authority. Government fees are paid by the client directly.
Myanmar payment API integrationfrom 400,000 MMK per gateway — Accept payments inside your site or app: KBZPay, WavePay, AYA Pay, MPU or 2C2P merchant API — merchant account onboarding help, secure integration, order status sync and payment reconciliation report.
TermsRequires an approved merchant account in the client's business name (bank/provider decides approval). Transaction fees charged by the provider are outside the package. Sandbox test and one live test transaction are included before go-live.

Is my data safe?
Every account is opened in your name. Tools stay on your own computer. Passwords are handed over in writing.
Who fixes it if it breaks?
30 days free after handover. After that, 50,000 per fix or a monthly care package.
Can I change things myself?
Yes — prices, text and rules are editable from a settings panel. No code.
What if the internet is bad?
Tools need no internet. Bots catch up on whatever they missed once it is back.
How long does it take?
Website 4–5 days, one bot 1–2 weeks, an app 3–4 weeks. Days count from when content arrives.
